I also intend, God willing, to put up versions with no verse numbers, XML, SQL etc to be able to be incorporated easily into other software/apps or whatever. Or the one i used for zekr, without the bismillah at the start of surahs except 1 (because its not a 'numbered verse'): You can also find the original text here:ĮDIT: i need to fix some encoding issues, untill then it seems to cause problems I do intend to name it properly, and stuff instead of en.me but i dont know exactly how i did it last time, and zekr seems to think you are tampering with it, and wont work if things are not as it expects. It is a Quran-based project, planned to be a universal, open. so if anyone wants to make their own, just unzip the file, and use your own text, i think you have to have to right en.xxxxxx bit for in the properties, that corresponds to the translations text file name, any questions just ask. Zekr is an open platform Quran study tool for simply browsing and researching on the Holy Quran. One is a text file containing the translation, the other is a simple text file containing some properties of it, including the signature, which i deleted and re-zipped everything and found i could modify it.

So this is a little bit of a hack, but basicaly, since zekr wiki does not work, i just reverse engineered the translation i had, kindly contributed by Yusuf Ali, and found that inside this zip folder, there are two files. i tried this first when i realized there was no decent translations avaliable (at the time, in my understanding) im not sure exactly how it works, but basicaly you cant modify them. New futures in this release are same as 1.1.0m1 with a few bug fixes.

Please pray for them in this holy month of Ramadan. This release is deeply devoted to the Muslims of Rohingya, Myanmar, world s most prosecuted people who are expelled, killed and oppressed as a daily routine in their own country. i did this all the hard way without realizing, so if you cant get it to work, just ask, and i may be able to help.Įssentialy normaly the translations are verified with a signature, which means. Zekr 1.1.0 is available just before Ramadan 1433. Go to tools menu > add > translation and select the file you downloaded and you should be able to select it in your view options, and make default in the settings.
